Know the home before you close–get a home inspection.
Are you buying or selling a home? Are you looking for someone that can provide a thorough home inspection for you under a tight closing deadline?
You’re in luck!
Adept Home Inspections LLC is a company in Durango that you can count on to provide premium home inspections that document as many observable material defects as possible for our clients to consider.
We help make the process easier for you to understand what’s going on with your home.
While the State of Colorado does not require home inspectors in the state to be trained, certified and licensed, Adept Home Inspections prides itself on having the training, certification and licensing that you’d expect of any mobile specialty service business.
At the same time, our training will continue throughout the life of the business.
As part of the shared learning process, our clients are welcome to accompany the home inspector during the home inspection.
Depending on the size of the home, our reports are usually sent out by email the day after the inspection.
Using the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, the reports that we sell to our clients are scrupulous and chalked full of pictures of the most important home components.
Be assured that our goal is to provide the most detailed account of the property with a snapshot-in-time report that includes visual, non-invasive observations of the accessible components of the home.
We are certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors to provide home inspections, along with the following ancillary services:
• Radon Testing
• Sewer Scope Inspections
• Well Water Testing
Thermal imaging and wildfire risk analysis using NFPA standards are other services that we offer.
Give us a call when you’re ready to book your inspection with the company that’s trained, certified and trusted to help our clients understand how home components are supposed to work properly.
