- Fascia, soffit and shingle installations

- Painting, switch and outlet replacements
- Erosion control, French drain installation
- Landscaping, retaining wall construction
- Tile grouting
- Handyman/maintenance work
Also worked as a wildland firefighter for 11 years, and around five years as a wildland fire mitigation technician.
Currently working as an Axium Academy-trained, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector for Adept Home Inspections LLC in Durango, Colorado.
Standards of Practice
As defined by InterNACHI, who certified Adam Howell:
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector. The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.
